When I get back from a week off work I see that those certain things have been piled up in one of my trays. Now who is responsible for not filing those away? The key safe was locked by an EO when they left for the evening. Of course, in case that EO didn't come in the next day for reasons of business continuity the key safe key was hidden in the nearest desktidy to the key safe. Well, it (all except the last stage which nobody mentioned) ticked boxes and pleased senior management.
