I have used Photoshop by Adobe but prefer PSP for both image editing and my artwork as I have a couple versions of it. Photoshop uses a lot of the computer's resources and comes at a hefty price whereas Paint Shop Pro is easily as good and one can use all the Photoshop plugins as well.
