My Granny used to take me up to the Bull Ring when I was four. We went on the tram. It was an open air market. I can remember our Nan buying us some (live) baby chickens. That is nothing like the real Bull Ring. I can see I shall have to dig out a bit of real history from my archives. The bomb was empty and was used to collect money for the British Legion. I remember climbing up on this huge bomb to put pennies in the slot. Ah......the Bull Ring. OK, a clue to where my pic was taken. It a Ferrero Rocher promotion and three trees were located in three UK cities with associated promotional events.
