Inside the castle is quite homely too. The lighting due to the sun being subdued by the clouds meant it was too dark inside to take photos to share with everyone. But of course that means I have a good excuse to go back to get the missing photos

I would like to know too, Bernard. I have a horizontal marker strapped to scaffolding; the latter is then moved along the entire length of my hedge whilst the cut is carried out manually with a professional petrol powered hedge trimmer. The result is still far inferior to this.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
I must admit, I haven’t found time to go back yet again to Clivedon and see if the 10,000 are out.
I love that hedge in the last picture. How do they get it so level.
