Review:
This was in a bag of books that my Mum gave me to read and because I enjoyed Tom’s previous book, The Genesis Secret I thought I would get into it straight away. Like the previous book two plots are intertwined and just when you think you have it all worked out something happens to let you know you haven’t quite. There is quite a lot of violence which is quite graphic in places, so not for the squeamish.
I won’t say anything more about the plot because it would spoil the book if you haven’t read it. I found it a page turner and read it quite quickly, although I didn’t enjoy it as much as the previous book. I think this was mainly down to the historical element of this book not being quite so interesting for me as that of the previous book. I will certainly read then next book from Tom when it is published.
I was just going to say that “Sitting down reading books is not going to get you losing weight”!
Then I thought – “All work and no play makes Jack(ey) a dull boy (girl)”.
Wish I could relax and get into a good book.

I read the last book. I’m going to have to give this one a look. I only hope it is rated PG.
I’m not much into pornographic material anymore nor do I believe in prostitution or the free love theory. So if that curse and that mark involves that then give that curse to somebody else. Lol.
I could use some soap though. I really have to work on my language and it will be on my priority list for the remainder of the year.

The book has no porn, a little bit of sex but that is an aside from the premise of the book!
The curse is quite different and has nothing to do with porn or sex. I am not telling you what it is because it will spoil the plot

I just glossed over the graphic bits, it was worth it
What if you read the next one and didn’t like it as much as the previous two? Would you stop reading or would you give the next one consideration?
I can’t really answer that until I read the next one…
