		<description>Hardwick Hall and Hardwick Old Hall are situated next to each other.  Both places are well worth a visit.  Visit the old hall first, it is a ruin but quite fascinating.  

You can take pictures inside.  National Trust is working on this and more and more of their properties are allowing internal photography (albeit without flash).
