I love my computer and the internet, but like you I much prefer I real book and my house is full of them. I also confess to preferring to use a Filofax/diary to keep my details and dates rather than any electronic gadget that could do the same thing. I don't have a kindle but I do sometimes wonder if I should but only because there are so many free books online, some of which are out of print. Thanks for that. I think we are becoming used to people being on their 'phones 24/7, and it's not good but we can't do anything about it. I was looking around the train carriage the other evening and could not see a single person who wasn't texting or playing a game. The young Japanese man sitting next to me was so intensely caught up in his life or death duel that he almost missed his stop. It's mad. Also, very annoying when somebody is always shouting out where they are and how long until they will arrive at their destination. Oh, and what's for dinner?
