You can get permission to take cameras in for special occasions and I probably could permission if I said I wanted to take photos of the trees, birds and wildlife that surrounds the buildings. But then I would probably be questioned on what I wanted to do with the photos after I had taken them ;-) But you have given me an idea which I might pursue... With regards to the MoD in general, if mobile phones really are a problem in certain areas they would not be allowed. I would think that would be the same for Defence Contractors for the same reason and also to protect their intellectual property rights. I don't remember the sky being quite so blue... but the tree did look just like it appears in the photo :-) And thank you :-) I didn't know they used those tricks in cinematopraphy!
