I so desperately wanted to go higher but it was too expensive. When D. came to England, expecting awful food and no fun at all, she was pleasantly surprised. She lusted over my public school educated, very handsome brother who opened the serving hatch and asked if she wanted a 'bu'. Or something similar. Laugh.
