Don't we all regret parts of the past and worry for the future? It is possible, I think, to live in the moment but sometimes I feel that I am making a conscious effort to appreciate 'now'. It's a cliche that we recognise happiness after it is gone, but true, I believe. I wish I could relive my carefree student days and that I could bring up my children all over again.
