Breakfast tea for me ... sorry Charles. I feel upset for you with the amount of scaffolding there as I can honestly say that I have never seen so much of it. You caught an interesting viewpoint with The 1900s Emerson listed building on the left (now Waterstones) and the 1990s Monument Shopping mall (closed for updating to see more use). It is interesting for the visitor to see the architecture surrounding the monument additionally with the Edwardian Central Arcade and the 1970s Eldon Square shopping centre door.
