That is an impressive result. I have a job trying to get a week off work trying to fit in a roofer to do my garage roof far less major modifications in the house. It's becoming a rarity hearing about house improvements amongst friends in the last few years as they are all having to sideline money for other essentials. No pain, no gain. That is an impressive result.
