It's a shame that the tide times give enough time for a look around, a spot of lunch and a walk to the castle. The remainder of the time is usually taken up with either a tour of the castle, a shortened walk around the island (to get attacked by the terns!) a spot of boat or upturned boat shed photography, an ice cream and a sit at the bay or a visit to the Priory. Sad to say I've only managed this once and I can't remember when that was. Church history.
