Approve 100%. Couldn’t say no to any of that. I think I’d have ‘washed’ that down with a nice glass of dry Hereford cider. Cider goes very well with pork. I have even been known to cook pork in cider. I’ve just this minute poured myself a glass of Henney’s Dry.
It’s the ‘thirty degrees in the shade’ that does it.

To be honest though, there was plenty on the plate for me. I just added a few carrots to the mix.

I wouldn’t eat that as I am a vegan,but it’s presented well. Except one wonders why in expensive restaurants why they charge so much more yet the portions of food are so tiny.
