The internet problems are ongoing. Today we have installed a router provided (free) by our service provider due to our problems. So far it seems to be an improvement. But it has only been a few hours in testing so time will tell... I think I said before that my BT problems were at a junction box at the bottom of the street. It was unfortunate though that they had to start from my phone and work back.
