It has a fine old Mess. The NATO Psych Warfare Officer's Course attracted a dozen or more Nations each of which could only send a few Officers. The RAF had seven places a year and for some reason (maybe simply because I asked) I was sent there one year in the seventies. My goodness, the tales I could tell. There was Lt Col Fritz and the pedigree puppy; the RAF chopper pilot at breakfast; not to mention my 'practice' psyWar escapade on the train on the way there. Happy daze.
