Those words made a lasting impression on little me, and every year since then, I have gathered up my bucket and spade and headed for some wonderful holidays at the seaside. Now, in May this year, just over seventy years on, I find myself joining the democrat struggle to free our country from the grasp of the European Union, and as always I will be ‘choosing the open sea’. A big 'smiley face' and a 'pinch of salt'. (sea-salt of course). ;-) Hope all is well?
