This type of environment is quite destructive to well being. A nice quote that made me think :) We are free in what we think, but we are not free to do what we think. I could be very dangerous then..... However that only happens in the matter of 'action and reaction' when people act normal towards me, I can return that 'normality' too... .....and sometimes I speak my mind, that to great laughter sometimes from my colleagues, I have a big imagination and am able to 'give a picture' with what I think. Sometimes I say; it is dangerous to think and let people do the thinking that get paid to do the thinking. I have written enough words, don't you think....
