There are a lot of hate messages being promulgated at the moment. This would have been the same if we had chosen to stay.

Thanks Wolfie, I always appreciate your insight on economic issues.

I have always been aware that that the ‘EU state’ was doomed to failure due to mutual incompatibilities. I had not considered that the sharing of the financial burdens would bring it to the tipping point. I thought the ‘union’ would fail due to differences in ideals and the way to run things…

I’m non-British and non-European, but I can vote?!
I still hold my Malaysian passport, didn’t apply for a UK passport.
Since the government of Malaysia does not allow dual citizenship.

So how am I going to vote? I start to ask myself do I feel more English (or maybe Scottish cos that’s where I went to uni!?Ha) or more European. But you can’t judge this merely from one side, for there are people who feel more “British” yet they choose to “remain”.

Let’s look at this issue from another perspective. Say if I was a Vietnamese living in France (Vietnam used to be a French colony, just like Malaya to Britain) would I have the same right to vote in France without becoming a French citizen? No. Would France let its people hold a “Frexit” referendum? Probably no. So what makes Britain so unique? Well, I guess you know the answer.

But most importantly, nothing ventured nothing gained. And I am a risk taker! Oops, you probably know which side I’m fighting for. Ha!
