		<description>I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with  your heel, I hope it gets better soon. Well done with your weight loss and health improvement :-)

My aim for the period of the challenge is at least 10000 steps a day. I have managed it so far and have a few steps banked for when I know I will be travelling and not be able to meet mey step count.

I am enjoying the challenge, although some days I have to force myself to go out ;-)</description>

And what a fine challenge....my walking challenge has been curbed of late due to a heel spur.  But I had been walking a half hour after each meal for 15-30 minutes and lost 40 lbs last yr in just about 5 months, and lowered my blood sugar by 40 points.  My doctor/acupuncturist says walking a half hour after meals is the best time and I guess research has proven that right as well as my success.
