I don't think I have heard about the Worcestershire museum with rural buildings... I have been to Blists Hill Victorian Town and the Black Country Living Museum which are both similar to the Weald & Downland Living Museum. The place is so big there weren't crowds of people especially in the farthest parts of the museum grounds. It is well worth a visit. There was only one school party when we were there.
