Giving up for the evening meant I had wasted enough time trying to get photos to upload. I was moving on to more fulfilling things :-) I am not very good at giving up things for lent, my willpower wavers... I am not sure if it is my internet connection which is often flaky or Flickr was being a bit flaky or a combination of the two. But this isn't the first time I have not been able to upload photos to Flickr. I was able to upload photos elsewhere which makes the problem even more intriguing!
