you put some seriously attractive images, CP. i especially love the top two.
Thank you These views were a surprise as we travelled from Shibden Mill to Stockport to visit Bramall Hall (photos coming soon).
Mr C stopped the car several times so that I could take the photographs
For city people squished up one house next to the next, or one flat on top of the next, open spaces are very appealing.
Getting out into open spaces is uplifting and also relieves the pressures of life
Sort of reminds me of southeastern Washington State here in United States. What we call the Palouse. A lot of big wheat fields
Coffee is on
I love that word Palouse, it is new to me
Beautiful views over the moorland and a lovely set of pictures.
Thank you
I need to explore Lancashire more!
I think Blackpool is the only place I have been to in that county.
It is not as pretty as Saddleworth Moor though. Ha!
Lytham St Annes is more appealing than Blackpool
Hi dear Cherie
England has natural beauty in abundance !
these images are BREATHTAKINGLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are so lucky with our natural beauty but most people do not notice it and favour going abroad for a beach holiday.
It looks as bleak as I imagined it, Cherie. Nicely depicted
Moorlands are bleak but they have great views to beyond
