What you can't see from my photo is that the lower level of the waterfall is surrounded by railings. So someone had to pick up the trolley and throw it over the railing. Not to mention that the shopping center is quite a distance away so it was deliberately taken or should that be stolen? Yes, some idiot threw a trolley into the water.
