Apley Woods

I have successfully planned a quiet route to get to, through and around my local woodland area. I have even worked out how to navigate the blind corner I mentioned in my previous post :-)

All walkers I met on my walk today were mindful of social distancing. They, like me were seeking out quiet walkways.

Along the way I found bluebells, what more could a girl ask for :-)

Such a lovely place close to your home, Cherie. Like you, I am finding the quieter routes as often as possible, and it is a relief to find like-minded people who keep out of the way

I tried a different route today. It was successful apart from that one idiot that decided to follow me rather than go around me on a parallel pathway.

He even stopped alongside me when I stepped onto the grass to let him pass by me.

      Some people!

There are some lovely places by me. I just have to figure out how to get to them avoiding the busy linking routes.

Love to you and Ginnie :-)
