I think their perception is more intuitive than human perception. I don't have a dog but I love dogs. It is a repeating pattern over the years that many come to me without me encouraging them. Walkers have an etiquette which is not understood by those that are walking because that the only leisure activity (exercise) they are 'allowed' to do outside of the house at the moment. Hopefully the disrespect for others will be gone soon xx It is a problem.
