My choice of walk today was much more enjoyable.
However later in the day whilst preparing ‘Fine Dining’ (fish pie with herby mash) the cooker quite literally went bang! The electric part of the cooker was now broken, leaving us with only the gas hob.
Luckily we were able to assemble the dish and drop it off for cook and collect. We ate a bit later than we had planned and now have to source a new cooker!
I hope that you are able to find a new cooker “on-line”. Here that is the only option for we are still in a lock down until the 9th of February.
We are in lockdown too. I can go walking locally and visit the supermarket. Apart from that we shouldn’t be doing much else.
We have sourced a new cooker on line. But getting it fitted is going to be a bit more of a challenge. The gas hob part still works so at least we are still able to prepare meals
Well, at least the microwave is still working, right?
I don’t own a microwave!
But luckily the gas hob is still working, just have to be retro and light the gas rings with a match.
Oh! and be creative with meal choices
