That maybe because I had an interactive experience of Malmesbury Abbey that spanned from my visit to the Abbey and a chance encounter back in the hotel. If I showed the view from the other side of the benches photographs of the missing congregation are pinned to the seats, perhaps where they used to sit before lockdown !.
