Who wants to carry around roses all day? Of course, I was just joking, I would never actually do that, I'd likely do the same as you - but what if someone did? That'd probably be the last time they poked anyone with rose stems :) I mean, I get it, this is their way of making a living and probably have a quota of some sort, but what do they think, like you're going to suddenly say "Oh, yes, I was waiting for you to bug me a nice round number of 50 times before I said yes" lol Some people don't understand that no means no. What a beautiful little Basilica - is that a light above the altar? I can't zoom in enough to see who it's depicting (assuming Mary or Christ or both), but the round image with the golden rays coming off - is that a light behind the image or just the contrast in color from the white sphere versus the dark backgrounds? I just ate dinner and yet, I’m hungry again with your description of the food thus far, SO jealous!
