Mostly when we used Citalia as pick your own package holdiday. I have not experienced a problem with them. We have travelled with Jet2 for a package holiday and a city break. It is an excellent company. The problem we experienced was all down to air traffic control and the number of flights in and out of the airport. The baggage reclaim was quite weird, I have not experienced that on any flight before. We have flow EasyJet in the past. Mostly when we used Citalia as pick your own package holdiday.
