It wasn't very busy yesterday, that might have been to do with the weather.

We chose not to visiit the castle, although I would like to on another occasion now that it has been renovated :-)

Such a shame about the rain - it is horrid having to travel in soaking wet clothes. I enjoyed Hay on Wye when we visited especially the castle but the town was very busy.

I also have such a platform photo (without me, though). On the way from the Weald to Wales, I kept mumbling to myself what a friend had written down phonetically for me, only to learn when visiting a tea room that no one would pronounce the 56 letters of ‘Llanfair PG’ ;-)
