These are the pumpkins that were shown in my previous post. They were removed from the walled garden and displayed here.

The scarecrows were also put there as part of the halloween/autumn display.

The cow shouldn't have been there. It obviously found a sneaky way out from the field that it should have been in. Obviously for her the grass was greener on the other side.

There were not many halloween displays near to where I leave this year. Perhaps because all of the kids have grown up now.

Once again, I love fall! What a great pumpkin display. And I love the fat and sassy cow just wandering wherever they please lol.

Not sure about the scarecrow though. I'm not sure how many crows they scare away, but they scare me! lol It's a well-done one, though.

People had all kinds of decorations up before Halloween, like giant inflatable nylon pumpkins and skeletons. Give me the old-school stuff, natural, or at least made of wood. Same for Christmas stuff.

Except someone in the neighborhood behind us was clever and had a band of skeletons playing jazz instruments with jazz music playing, moving and playing when you approached, each taking their turn.

Ziggy pug loved them. Well, at first he barked and seemed confused, then started running up to them wagging his tail, when on our walks lol. He loves music - and people - so was still a little confused by the skeletons, who didn't reach down to pet him :)

Today was another day and another walk at Attingham (no photos). But this time there was apple and blackberry flapjack to warm me up after standing outside for 3.5 hours. It fueled me up for my late afternoon walk.

I know you too well!
Tuck in before the walk, you need it to fuel your whole day. ;)

It was a lovely walk, it was nice to be with nature surrounding me.

The pumpkins and scarecrows are the begings of half term (in late October) Halloween Activities.
