I had to choose a stylist, register an account and leave a deposit. I started off on my iPad and got as far as realising I needed to make a bank transaction. I had to log onto my computer and start again because I know that is a safe place to use my bank details. To add insult to injury, when I received the confirmation email it suggested I could just phone up if I needed additional information or to change anything! I couldn’t just book an appointment.
