12. Luke BELL was a Tailor on 10 Dec 1854. ⁽³¹⁾ Noted on William Bell and Mary Ann Trueman's wedding entry. The IGI shows that Francis Trueman married Ann Frazar on 1 Dec 1825 in Whitby. They had the following children - Mary Ann chr. 4 Jul 1831, George chr. 30 Dec 1833, Dorothy Jane chr. 25 Jun 1859 and Charles William chr. 10 Apr 1840 (all christened in Whitby).

The IGI also shows that the parents of Francis Trueman were George Trueman and Ann, who had the following children - Elizabeth chr. 9 Jan 1795, George chr. 29 Nov 1796, Francis chr. 24 Nov 1798, William chr. 3 Feb 1804, John, chr. 24 Apr 1804, Alfred chr 1 Nov 1805 and Martha chr 14 May 1808 (all christened in Whitby).

This information needs confirming in the parish register for Whitby. But it fits in with William Isaac Jefferson's information that there was a Scottish Fraser connection. Children were:
