We Stand With Ukraine
Today I walked 5 ½ miles for my Race the Distance challenge in support of Ukraine. I will be making a donation to support the emergency support charities and when my medal arrives I will dedicate another walk in support of Ukraine.

STEPtember – Day Five
We travelled to Nottingham to meet my nephew and his lady for lunch. I clocked up quite a few steps walking between the car park and restaurant. When I got home I topped them up with a quick local walk in the afternoon sunshine.

Graffiti Walk
