I saw this whilst I was out and about today, it gave me a chuckle which I was in need of.  But where did I see it?

I wonder how many take advantage of the service? ;-)

      I left that bit there on purpose to see if anyone was observant enough to notice it :-)

      Now I am just wondering if anyone knows which town/city I was in.
