Nature will bear the closest inspection. She invites us to lay our eye level with her smallest leaf and take an insect view of its plain.

Love the quote..and what an absolutely stunning image!

The pollen looks a bit like stardust to me.
The proof lies in the photo.
Thank you
I did try .
Aaah! Splendid photo so well related to the thought, Cherie. How do you do it?
I don’t know… I read some thoughts and then I realised I had the perfect picture to fit with that fitted my mood today.
Beauty at its best – excellent macro Cherie.
Thank you
Great thought for the week and photo ,Cherie.
Glad you like it
A stunning photo…..and a lovely thought
Thank you Ruth
WOW, just WOW!
What lense(es) do you use?
Thank you
I use a compact camera Canon PowerShot A640. No extra lenses but it does have advanced features which I do use.
I know there are more options and more possibilities with an SLR camera but because they are so much bigger I would probably leave it at home more often than not.
I wonder if Thoreau had an idea there would be such incredicle macro photography like this to bear him up?!!!
Oh… Thank you Ginnie
Ohhh…! I LOVE your insect pics. spectacular!
I think the little lady posed especially for me
Nature will bear inspection but defy full understanding. Great pic, CP.
Ah yes nature is very complex and a joy to explore, it gives a lifetime of experiences
Wouldn’t want a bee coming at your eye though.
My brother can tell you about how that feels!
