That leaf looks like those on the avocado tree on my terrace.
This one is on a Magnolia tree that is feeling the effects of drought. Most of the UK has been wet over the last few weeks but Shropshire has seen no rain until the last couple of days.
I am so glad I was able to nurture my special rose back into life again.
One ought to beleaf Einstein. …
Good photo, CherryPie.
Einstein was I wise man
I am glad you like the photo.
Autumn is acummin’.
That reminds me of a song…
I am not sure if the leaf is in autumnal mode or suffering from drought, until the last couple of days we have had no rain for weeks!
To be leaf… or to be nut….That’s the option!
Sorry Cherie, but Sean started this. Great photo. As always.:)
I am innocent. Absolutely. Beleaf me.
@Sean – You are nut, mon ami!
There are not many people who do know me as well as you do, dearest of all Claudes.
If only I could also understand Einstein…
Sean and Einstein are both wise
I see no nuts, they on the ground, under the leaf and out of shot
Now, Einstein’s harder a nut, Claude … perhaps … coming to think of … perhaps … Indeed …
… My! CherryPie! … …
I love that quote. Good one!
Glad you like it
Sean – I just meant: You are nut innocent, mon ami! I’m still not very good with English word games. Beleaf me!
You are perfect at English word games
Illusion. No wonder I love those images that show them visually, Cherry.
I am glad you like the photo
