If my hotel room faced the water, I would sit outside on the veranda, drinking espresso and luxuriating in the beauty.
We had a perfect view from our hotel room. One side gave us water and mountain views and the other more direct mountain view.
The mountain was Etna and the view was ever changing and fascinating.
It looks to be a lovely spot with good commanding views.
The bay is lovely, the rain called off extensive exploration of the surrounding area.
Did you get some walking here, Cherie?
Sadly no. Mr C stopped wanting to go walking years ago.
However we did some long walks around the town searching out the history.
