A niceaftrnoon break
It was a fun thing to experience, especially when the weather is so gloomy over here
I think the weather has forgotten spring is coming and and trying to flash back to autumnal weather.
It looks very tasty. My daughter and I were talking yesterday about the afternoon teas in various places we have had. I often treat her for her birthday.
We have another afternoon tea gift which we are saving for April when the weather should be more sunny. The venue is somewhere where the experience would be more enjoyable in sunny weather
You didn’t eat all that, did you.
Not in one sitting. We had a doggy bag, allowing us to enjoy the cakes at our leisure over the next two days

The skirt was a belated birthday present from Mr C.
We had to wait until the current business owner was able to replenish her stock after she had recently purchased the business.
My grandmother put a table cloth on a small table every weekday afternoon, kept the water hot in a samovar and offered a biscuit to each participant. She didn’t have much money, but I inherited her view of refined living
