Simple Supper

This book is a labour of love with recipes, lovely dialogue along with memories and helpful tips for tweaking recipes.

The book is a joy to read and the recipes we have tried have been delicious.

    Perhaps I should investigate, Cherie

  4. He he… I use Delia Smith’s How To Cheat At Cooking.

I love Delia’s ‘How to Cook’ series of books. Delia’How to Cheat At Cooking’ does not provide the same level of inspiration.

Rick does quick and easy with fresh ingredients . the pineapple dish you liked in one of my recent posts was from this book ;-)
