“More red wine and salad MTG?” You are spoiling me, CP.
It is a very nice American friend who is spoiling us on this occasion. She prepared dinner the in the New Mexico style
There was red wine but I am not sure where the glasses are in this picture!
I’d never thought of a table as a technology.
When I was a lad, we had three rules at table.
1. Don’t put your elbows on the table.
2. Don’t speak with your mouth full.
3. Children should be seen and not heard!
We had those too, although the elbows one was sometimes relaxed.
Haha good thought Cherie!
It made me smile too
Yes but at least Crimbo does that still.
Yes it does, I try to do it in between too
This table is so tempting! I would eat, not speak…
It was delicious
Table: Sitting down and talking together. Not in our house!!!
That’s what good friends are for
i really miss sitting down and eating with my boys …. it only happens now on special occasions . Thats why i look forward to Christmas dinner so much
In that case I hope you have a really good time chatting over the table during Christmas dinner
We don’t actually have a table, unless a coffee table in front of the sofa counts. Are you shocked?
I little surprised but not shocked
My table is rather controversial due to how we ended up with it.
Happy days … yes, disappearing habit in the UK – not, thankfully, in France.
Obviously a lot more civilised than the Brits
