Whilst browsing around various blogs I came across the 100 photos project. It reminded me that for some time I have been meaning to do my own personal list of ‘100 reasons to be glad’ which was inspired by a book by Isabel Losada. I thought it would be a fun challenge to tie the two things in together. I already have a list of about 50 so that just leaves me the challenge of photographing them and thinking of another 50 before the end of this year.
Yesterday evening provided me with an ideal opportunity take a photo of one of the things on my list. So I present you with the first of my photographs portraying 100 Reasons to be glad:
Thank you for sharing your first 100 photo! I love the idea and now pondering my list of 100. Thank you for sharing…I agree that fresh snow will make it to the list!
Thanks Yvonne, I am looking forward to seeing your list too
This sounds like a great idea Cherie. Nice start
You should give it a go, I would love to see your take on this one
Glad indeed although it was a very short burst.
There has been a little bit more here today, it is going to be a bit lethal in the morning.
Did you spot the differences from the original?
I wish I could borrow your enchanting snow for a couple of days. So far we had none in Toronto. It’s very unusual. Winter has been dull and gray. I will enjoy your “100 Reasons to be glad.” It’s such a positive project.:)
I had noticed that the snow over there seemed rather lacking this year in comparison to last year.
The way things are going in the world I just needed a positive project
The snow is back here too, although today no fresh snow but the roads are dangerous so I am hibernating!
We had even more over night, it was chaos this morning.

There’s something almst magical the way fresh snow can transform an otherwise “normal” view.
Snow has a certain something that changes the world to a wonderland
Now I am looking at this photo again, I am wondering who’s car that is parked behind mine!!!
