I can’t believe what is happening to me
My head is spinning
The flowers and the trees are encapsulating me
And I go spinning

He was the baby of the class you know
He really didn’t know that one and one was two
Two and two were four
He was the baby of the class you know
He really didn’t know that, really didn’t know that
Oh what a poor soul

Oooh, do we not sail on the ship of fools
Oooh, why is love so precious and so cruel?

I close my eyes and I try to imagine
What you’re dreaming
Why can’t you see what you’re doing to me
My world is spinning

He was the baby of the class you know
He really didn’t know that one and one was two
Two and two were four
He was the baby of the class you know
You were so young and so uncertain
Suffer little children
Oh what a poor soul

Oooh, do we not sail on the ship of fools
Oooh, why is love so precious and so cruel?

He was the baby of the class you know
He really didn’t know that one and one was two
Two and two were four
He was the baby of the class you know
You were so young and so uncertain
Suffer little children
Oh what a poor soul

Oooh, do we not sail on the ship of fools
Oooh, why is love so precious and so cruel?

Oooh, do we not sail on the ship of fools
Oooh, why is love so precious and so cruel?

Very representative, CherryPie. When you spoke of a post on the Ship of Fools, I thought you would put the triptych painting of Hieronymus Bosch!

When you mentioned ship of fools the song just popped into my head :-)

I had not heard of that painting I have just checked it out on Wikipedia. I am not to sure about it’s alternative title ‘Satire of the Debauched Revelers’ :-O

Hi, thanks for the comment on my blog, I think they are still feeding the deer at Attingham at 2pm daily…..
I really like this tune but it doubly made me smile that it was just after the MoD budget post!
Which was a very good interview, I still spit feathers regarding the Daily Mail, foam at the mouth and become incomprehensible. I have vowed that I shall never buy that paper again as long as I live…
Interesting blog and I love the photo’s.

      Thanks for that info :-)

I must admit I had missed the irony of it being next to that post but it is amusing now you mention it :-)

There was something equally annoying in the Mail on Sunday yesterday. I don’t read it but it was brought to everyones attention.
