I struggled a bit this week to get back into my routine. I also struggled with getting into my head how the new plan works for me, it seemed so much easier foodwise when I was away. Despite my not quite keeping on track since I got home, I lost 0.5lb.
The new plan seems to work better for me than the old one, I think that is because the way it is structured encourages me to have a more varied diet. It has certainly encouraged me to eat more fruit
You’re still moving in the right direction. It does get harder as you get closer to your target though doesn’t it?
I managed to lose 2lb this week (probably due to lots of stress and very little alcohol), and have now dipped below the magic 9st 7lb mark, which is always a big psychological barrier for me – only about 3 or 4lbs to go
Yes I am still going in the right direction and I think the new plan will help
