Autumn is not quite ready to be photographed yet, it seems all the best trees are in all the wrong places to be able to get a decent photograph. I did however enjoy my lunch out, a leisurely drive and a short walk. Here are a couple of photos that I did manage to capture complete with autumn hues and streetlamps.

Sunny Sunday in Autumn

You’re quite right about it not being ready. We were commenting about that today – the big tree outside our place is just beginning now, there are some leaves here and there down the road. How long – two weeks? One?
I think it depends on how the temperature drops and how exposed the trees are in those areas. So my answer to how long is – One, Two and Three weeks depending on where the trees on are and it also depends on the type of tree.
Confusing?
Even so the contrast between the greens on some trees and the reds and browns on others is quite attractive
I do quite like the contrast, I am watching those contrast unfold
Not quite yet.
But it’s beginning to show more.
I did a 13-mile walk yesterday in London ancient woodlands.
My legs are killing me now!
That sounds a nice place to go walking. The leaves are slowly but surely turning here, not long before they will make good photos
Me thinks that next week is going to be more colourful as changes just beginning. Pretty photos though.
I am sooo looking forward to those colours
