I missed having the opportunity for taking garden and flower shots this year which is one of my particular pleasures.
This is a very beautiful Basilica Cherie and you have framed it perfectly….peter:)
It is an impressive building, it stands out everywhere you look.
One of the most impressive structures ever built, Cherry. I especially love that it’s high on a hill and can be seen from all over parts of the city.
They built it like that and so tall so it was nearer to God.
….ah, but all those endless steep steps to get there
Yes there were a lot of steps, the ones in the picture I managed OK but that rather steep flight that I walked down just below were the ones that gave me wobbly knees

Impeccable timing
The Sacre Coeur is a landmark in Paris. I always loved the view of it. When the sun shines it is lit up like a candle in the dark.
I have never seen when the sun is lighting it up, it sounds wonderful.
