    the thought for the week is just ok Cherie…
    but this photo of the medieval boathouse framed through the trees is spectacular… and the water fowl are a plus….peter:)

      It is a wonderful boathouse and I like the way it casts its reflections. I was lucky to see this view on the occasion of this visit :-)

    Reminds me of a similar quote I heard a few days ago, “I’d rather someone dislike me for who I am than like me for who I am not” – this post adjuncts keeping our bearings and internal peace regardless, I like it :)

    Loving even more that boathouse, the gothic-ish arches (I have a thing for gothic and gothic-esque architecture) and the “gingerbreaded” gable and eave trim.

    Tranquil beauty captured perfectly as usual, Cherie :)
