Even in a garden????
Something strange and rather noisy was going on!!
Aliens moving plant pots?
Well perhaps not aliens but the workmen moving plant pots as they laid the pathway
No no no, we call that “cupping”.
It is very cemetrical
But I am not that the lawn felt any benefit from the cupping 
Looks as though something potty is going on to me; but I like the idea of ‘cupping’ the lawn!

Ha ha! That is cute. My dogs made similar circles of their own on our new lawn. Their pee just did not react well with it!
HaHaHa
Some small ants introduced a similar circle on our lawn. We did not know where that circle had come from before we inspected it. The ant activity seems to have settled down and the circle has vanished.
