    Seeing the birds sunning themselves in the water and on the blocks is a sure sign that you are moving into quality leisure times :)

      They are adorable. Another lady was watching them and as she walked past me she said ‘That made my day’.

      387 miles. I am on track, but I hoped to have some bonus miles in…

      I have not tasted or even heard of a drink called Sunny Delight.
